When choosing lily bulbs, consider finding early, mid-season and late varieties to enjoy these stunning trumpet shaped flowers through the entire season. Lily flowers need full to partial sun, ideally six to eight hours of sun a day. For indoor arrangements cut lily plants when the buds are just about to open and some of the color is visible.
