Redeeming Coupons

Catalog/Mailed Offer
E-mail Promotion

Catalog/Mailed Offer: To receive your coupon or discount from a catalog or other mailing, enter your account and/or key number in the fields provided at the bottom of your Shopping Cart page or on the Step Two: Complete Your Order page in Checkout. In your Shopping Cart, these fields are located in the yellow box at the bottom of the page. In Checkout, these fields are located at the bottom of the right-hand column. Once you’ve entered the appropriate code(s), you must click on the Update or Revise Order button to activate the coupon or discount.


To receive your coupon or discount, you can also enter your account number and zip code on the Step One: Sign In page in checkout. Click on the Go! button to activate. The most recent catalog/offer pricing will apply.


Catalog: Your account and key number can be found to the left of your name and address on the back cover of the catalog and/or at the top of the order form.


Other Mailings: Your account and key number can be found above your name and address on the order form.


Occassionally certain system configurations can cause problems in claiming coupons and discounts. If for any reason you have difficulties redeeming your coupon or discount just note your account number and key number in the comment field during checkout. Our customer service staff will ensure that your discount is applied.


E-mail Promotion: Click on any link in the e-mail promotion and the coupon or discount being offered in that e-mail will automatically be applied to your order. These special offers can only be activated by clicking on a link within the e-mail promotion. They cannot be found on our regular site.


Note: Each coupon/discount is an exclusive offer and cannot be combined with any other offer. Limit one coupon offer per household.
