I planted some last spring and although they bloomed all summer, I hope they fill out a little more this year.I will give them more care this year, not for their beauty, but the incredible variety of butterflies, some I've never seen before, make visits. I have many other butterfly plants in the yard, but these take the cake. I just wish I'd found a home near a window to enjoy these visitors more.

better than expected Review by Mark - MO, St. Louis

Wow - I ordered 14 of these for a border in Sping 2010 and they bloomed all summer until the first hard frost. They are growing nicely and already starting to bloom in mid-April. I never used on-line garden before and the plants were better quality than local nursery. A good experience.

I had never ordered on-line flowers before, but these arrived in good condition and grew like crazy all season. They bloomed continuously in our hot and humid summer until after 2 hard frosts. These are perfect border flowers and the description by Sprinhill is accurate. I bought 18 of these and I am very pleased with this terrific addition to the garden.

Not Blue but lovely Review by Joanie McGuiness - Va, Virginia Beach

I have grown these both in my old house in L.I. N.Y. and here in VA BCH. VA. In Both places I have had lilac flowers, NOT BLUE. Now having said that these flowers are still beautiful and they last ALL season long. More importantly they bring in the bee's and butterflies (And other pollinators)like mad. Very few flowers are true Blue I should know I have a garden full of blue(purple) flowers o attest to that fact! LOL

Not blue Review by Donna - MN, St. Paul

Definitely love this plant. It really blooms its heart out. We had frost the first of October but they were still going after. Only problem: they're purple, not blue. I bought identical ones from my local nursery that are the same color, but not as good a bloomer.

Maybe some soil conditions make these appear lavender but mine are definately blue. Butterflies love them and so do I.

Instant Joy! Review by Shawn Marie Hardy - MI, Spring Lake

I ordered these, along with several other plants, on the last day of April and they arrived a couple weeks later. There were a couple flowers on each plant, and as soon as I put them in the ground, they took off. I was a little concerned at first, because I was worried that once the first batch of flowers was done, that would be it. But there is already lots of new growth, less than a month later. I'm impressed with all the plants I got and I'm enjoying watching them grow.

Just beautiful!!! Review by Ruthie Ohio) - OH, Cleveland)

These are not blue, they are lavender. I just love these. The plants are small when they arrive but grow beautifully and bloom ALL summer. The actual plant is only about five inches tall - but the slender stems are well above the plant. I could not be more pleased with these. I priced them today at a local nursery. The cost was $18.99 per plant. I would rather get smaller plants and watch them grow and not spend as much money.

I bought them in addition to the Blue Perennial Garden from Spring Hill. The plants arrived very fast and in excellent condition - about 6 tall and thick, despite early March season.

They are blooming all year around. The colour of the flowers is lavender(maybe because of the sandy soil)Looks like they love Florida and the salty air does not disturb them. My husband and I love scabiosa

I ordered these for fall planting last fall. They have the prettiest blue flowers and the butterflies love them. They were one of the first plants to bloom in my flower garden and have been blooming non-stop. I would definately recommend them.

These flowers are my favorite color and when I got the tiny pots in the box of plants last spring years ago I never would have imagined that they would have thrived and filled in as beautifully as they have. I purchased them as part of a garden set from Spring Hill and these scabiosa and the yellow lillies flower all summer long. I LOVE them in my foundation garden!

This flower was used in pots around a swimming pool. It kept blooming all summer & attrached butterflies & bees. It was successful for 3 years, then died, therefore 4 stars. I loved having it & considering buying it again.
