I ordered Black Beauty and the first year got only leaves as expected. Finally this year I got two blooms but surprise! I got Gay Paree instead of Black Beauty. It's pretty - the flower center is pink not white like another reviewer noted - but not what I was hoping for. Hoping a replacement in the right variety can be had.

"My peony bushes are phenomenol with strong, sturdy stems and pretty disease resistant. My disappointment is that last summer the flowers were all dark pink. The planting circumstances remained the same from previous years."
You guys have the best selections of flowers and bulbs ever. I will recommend you to all my grower buddies.
"I purchased four of these beauties. Within one week they were already popping up through the soil.Six weeks after planting in full sun they are all about 12"" high with several buds. Truly amazing. Thanks Spring Hill."
