Beautiful yellow rose bush blossoms from Spring Hill Nurseries can grow in your garden. Unfortunately, many people shy away from raising roses for fear that these beauties are as temperamental as they are lovely. Never fear! Given a little care and lots of love, your garden will soon become a sea of fragrance and petals. The possibilities become quite endless when it comes to choosing the pink or yellow rose bush that you would like to raise. The most popular garden rose varieties include the hybrid tea and the miniature. The Hybrid Tea variety generally grows to a height of two to five feet. The buds open in a swirl of 50 or more petals, in almost every color of the rainbow, with a fragrance just as varied. Hybrid teas are a favorite in many gardens. For success, the most important thing is a sunny location. The plants need at least 6 hours per day, and morning sun is essential for burning off potentially harmful dew. For best results, group roses together, or plant one alone in a sunny spot as a focal point.

The ‘Helen Hayes’ Sub-Zero yellow rose bush is intoxicatingly fragrant. Each flower opens with petals that slowly change to soft orange with pink overtones at full bloom. The plants display a bountiful amount of 4 to 5 inch flowers. The magnificent display of color lasts from late spring to early fall and never fades in the sun. These hardy plants (to -15 degrees F without protection) grow 3 to 4 feet high. They survive the cold and return with vigor, increasing in size and productivity each year. They're also resistant to most common Rose troubles. Another equally hardy plant with a sunny colored blossom is the ‘Lily Pons’ Sub-Zero. Although delicate in appearance, it survives the cold and returns with vigor. Each shapely blossom has a yellow center that shades to white outer petals. The 4 to 5 inch flowers emit a delightful perfume. If you are considering the rosy shades of blossoms, the beautiful Hybrid Tea pink rose is derived from the famous ‘Peace’ variety and has many of its parent's fine attributes. It produces very large, fully double blooms in a bright, clear pink. The bush grows 4 1/2 to 5 feet, has attractive leathery foliage, and blooms well throughout the season.
