Named for the acclaimed, Brooklyn-born coloratura soprano whose clear, ornate voice enchanted audiences around the globe, Beverly Sills is a show-stopping German iris in effervescent pink. In fact, this is one of the most beloved pink irises on the market today. Impeccably-formed, coral-rose blooms appear in early spring, and then reblooms late in summer adding to the show. At a height of 35 inches with thick, lovely foliage, Beverly Sills is the perfect filler for the back of the border, or an angelic highlight to the garden when planted en masse. Planting Instructions: Set rhizome so bottom half is below ground level. Firm well and water thoroughly. Plant where they will get at least 5 hours of sun per day.
Winter Care: Mulch in colder climates and remove in early spring before growth starts.
