Product Description

This is a famed flower for its part in a well-known musical, but it's lovely in its own right, too. Star-shaped blooms over rosemary-like foliage add texture to the front border. Great for newer gardeners who want something creative and unique in their show, as it's very easy, drought tolerant and low-maintenance. Just prune it back after its summer flowering and this come-again plant will enchant you with a fall show, too. If you're outfitting a cutting garden, this is a great vase flower thanks to its long, strong stems. We are lucky to be able to offer you this plant, as the species nearly became extinct at one point. Now it's protected, so you can proudly grow this favorite in your home garden. Deer rarely bother Edelweiss. Leontopodium alpinum 'Berghman' PP29106
