    Forget store-bought garlic. Try the spicy-hot taste of California White! The soft-necked bulbs are large and plump, almost like an artichoke, and contain 10-20 cloves each. Yields approximately 40 pounds per 100 foot row. One bulb. Zones 3-9. Allium sativum 'California White'
