Clematis Marmori

Marmori translates to "marble-like" in Estonian—this plant was named for its flowers' tone-on-tone nuance in shades of pink. Marmori adds a flirtatious feeling to your landscape even before blooming. Marmori's upright buds decorate the plant in early spring before opening to a beautifully cupped, upward facing shape. In a sunny location, the pale pink flowers will be borne in abundance and have wavy edges to their sepals and a rosy blush at the base. Marmori's blooms mature in the sun to a pale ballet-pink.
