Product Description

Pagoda is a Clematis with attention to detail. With intriguing form and intricate coloration, Clematis Pagoda is unmistakable in the garden. A sweet, nodding bell Clematis, Pagoda boasts a vigorous, mounding form that drips with dainty, small-size flowers.

Abundantly flowering in the summer, Pagoda is covered with charming, recurved bell flowers of petite size. Its deep pink-purple features intricate veining, adding an orchid-like flair to the pleasing mauve tones. A stripe of darker purple paints the reverse of each sepal, creating a striking look from every angle.

A naturally mounding Clematis, Pagoda is perfect in tandem with other strong perennials, and is perfect for spilling over a retaining wall or the side of a large planter. Simply excellent in a variety of settings. Clematis 'PAGODA'

In our EZ Pruning Guide, this variety is in the GREEN pruning category. These Clematis bloom on new vines that emerge from the ground each year or stems from near the bottom of older vines. Prune hard in the spring and as often as you like to encourage reblooming and keep the plant as tidy as you like.
