Product Description

Have you noticed edible plants being used more often in annual containers lately? We're loving the trend, it's a beautiful way to keep fresh ingredient in reach. Curly parsley has a ruffled, frilly look for a mixed annual container garden. It's easy to just step out and grab a few sprigs for your soups, salads, baked potatoes and many more dishes. It's high in vitamins A and C, potassium, iron, copper and manganese. And you'll have a long season to enjoy its beauty and bounty—you can continue to harvest leaves until temperatures drop into the low 20s. Though often used as an annual, it can also be a biennial even in cooler zones if you bring it indoors before the first frost and keep it in a cool, sunny window. Petroselinum crispum You may also like: Curly Parsley attracts butterflies, especially anise and black swallowtails. It is featured alongside other pollinator-attracting annuals in our Bring on the Butterflies Annual Collection.
