A dark and dreamy delphinium, "Dark Blue Dark Bee" Delphinium offers a range of colors from a rich blue to near-black, adding drama and height to the garden. Blue-black centers (called bees) peek out from trumpet florets of bright blue. These stalks produce flowers all along the stem, adding beautiful towers of flowers to the garden With a height of just three feet, Dark Bee often does not need staking—a benefit of shorter delphiniums over taller ones. Delphiniums are known to attract butterflies, pollinators, and hummingbirds, and this blue beauty is no exception.
