You'll get such a big show from Daybreak. The blooms are some of the biggest in the Vancouver series, and the thick, bright stripe down the center of each sepal really emphasizes that size. The flower form is lovely too—wavy-edged with curving tips. Daybreak is an easy conversation starter, so we definitely suggest letting it crawl over a tuteur in a patio pot. That way, the intriguing blooms will be able to show off all together. This variety is from the Vancouver series. Collectors keep an eye out for this series, as they're difficult to find in the USA. They are bred from heritage genetics—classic styles, shapes and colors. However, as a new generation, they exhibit stronger disease resistance, free flowering and extraordinary garden performances. The modern, compact habits make it possible to feature them in container gardening. Clematis 'Daybreak'
