    Product Description

The Royal Horticultural Society gave Fireball an Award of Garden Merit, and we can't help but agree. An easy and fast growing deciduous shrub, this azalea not only boasts striking blooms, but unique and gorgeous foliage, too. The blooms are a fiery red and orange color combination with blazing yellow stamens. Matching the blooms, the foliage bears a striking reddish to deep green hue. Plant this lush beauty as a border or privacy screen that requires little to no pruning. As it is a more compact shrub, Fireball is great for smaller gardens, like city and courtyard gardens. An exemplar variety from the hybridizer Edmund Leopold de Rothschild, who also received the Victoria Medal of Honour from the RHS.
