    Product Description

Introducing a reliable bloomer that grows on both old and new wood, and requires little to no maintenance to retain its fresh, tidy appearance. Hanajima Clematis features brilliant blooms with a graceful nodding form and unique recurved petals. Because it is not a true vine, it leans against supports rather than twisting around them. Use it as a flowering ground cover from midsummer to early fall. Or plant it in front of an evergreen shrub line to give the property a fanciful fairyland appeal. Silky seedheads emerge in fall and winter, offering multiple seasons of beauty and interest. Clematis integrifola 'Hanajima'
