    Product Description

These are blooms that passers by stop and ask about. The colors are so tastefully blended, the subtle two-tone brought out by a luminous center. We love mixing and matching clematis together, but this is one we almost prefer on its own, just to give these blooms the full spotlight. The color holds really well as the flower ages, too. With such an elegant bloom, it's especially good news that Hoshi-no-Flamenco has an extraordinarily long bloom time. It'll start in late spring to early summer, and then again in late summer to early fall. Growing around 6-8' tall, it's a great option for walls and trellises.

Hoshi-no-Flemenco Clematis is in the YELLOW pruning category. It blooms best on old wood, but it can also bloom on new wood. Use caution when pruning to retain healthy stems from last season for best flowering. See our Stoplight Pruning Guide for more information.
