    Product Description

The wavy, crinkled edges on the sepals and touch of color on the anthers make these pale blooms pop. You can get a long season with this one--Katharina Clematis is a vigorous come-again plant, so once the flowering wanes, you can cut it back and it'll soon grow again for a second show. We love this one for containers, as it grows to a compact 5-7' with full-sized flowers. In a big patio pot, it'll be up at eye-level, especially if you train it around a tuteur or trellis so it can show off those darling blooms. The color is more intense in sunlight and softer in partial shade. Clematis 'Katharina'

In our Stoplight Pruning Guide, this variety is in the GREEN Category. It blooms on old and new wood, so prune as often or as fully as you like to promote reblooming.
