King Single Red Lenten Rose will put you in mind of warmer days to come with huge, 4" flowers that signal the end of winter. Though snow may still blanket the landscape, the striking blooms of this classic Hellebore break through to offer pops of rich burgundy-red color to the barren scene. Drought tolerant and deer resistant, the low-growing plant makes a lovely border or container garden addition. Use it as a floral ground cover to provide winter interest to bare spots between evergreens or among shrubbery. Prefers shady sites.
