The large, gorgeous, white double flowers with a tinge of pink are perfectly formed and strongly fragrant as they emerge in mid spring. This spectacular plant offers not only rare beauty, but also very good resistance to pests and disease. In addition, it's extremely hardy and weather resistant. Reaches 15' tall and spreads 6-12' wide. Can easily be trimmed to a shorter height. Zones 3-7. Full sun to partial shade. Deer tend to avoid. Ships in 4" pot. Syringa vulgaris 'Krasavitsa Moskvy'.
I bought Krasa moskovii2007. First flowers came in 2 years.in2009 we moved 70 ml north of NY, but I took this plant with me... Because it worth it!

Not only is this beautiful and smells wonderful, but this lilac lasts and lasts far longer than most others. The common lilacs in my yard have been done for a week but this one is still going strong.

I purchased 10 of these lilacs 3 years ago right after I bought my house. Being a new home owner I may have jumped the gun just a bit. The bushes were so nice upon arrival, much larger than I expected. After getting them I realized I had no idea where I was planning to put them! They wintered in my garage in the same pots they came in, I honestly thought I had wasted my money and learned a hard lesson but in the spring they came to life. Still not knowing where they were going to reside I decided to plant them in pots to give them more dirt to live in until I decided on a home. I am ashamed to admit that they have been in the pots for two years but they are thriving and looking wonderful! I am happy to report that they are going into their forever home this weekend, I can't wait to see how well they do in the ground! Excellent product, if I had more room I would buy a few more!

I planted a Beauty of Moscow lilac 5 years ago - a 24 plant. On the east side of my house, with morning and partial afternoon sun only. It is now over 15' tall and is actually now a tree! The flowers are stunning. They are at least 12 long and very fragrant. I cannot wait to clear out an old under-performing rhodie in a corner near it, to plant another! Its now my most favorite lilac/favorite flower, ever.

It took a few years before it bloomed but it has bloomed the last 2 years. Very pretty light pinkish white flowers and last a long time.

I planted this lilac in a shady spot, but felt she would be great at the front of our home. She is a slow grower, dainty in appearance. The blooms make up for it, the blooms are double and huge. Quite a lovely display, random people come over to look at it and smell it. Our blooms are slight lilac / white in color, at first I thought I got the wrong plant but it is a double blooming lilac. Must be our soil. It was worth the wait. Took us 4 years too see blooms. The leaves are a perfect backdrop for the blooms. Its a waiting game but well worth it once the blooms come into play. It is my mother's favorite lilac.
Healthy and hardy plants

I ordered these lilacs, entranced with the gorgeous blooms in the pictures. I know I'll have to wait a bit for flowers, but my new arrivals are healthy and sturdy, clearly with an established root base, so I'd guess them to be a year or two old. Leafy and green. I got them on sale and am well pleased.

When I recieved two of these 5 yrs ago, they where small, 6 or so inch plants, they grew to about 18inches the spring after they where planted and I had to wait two years to enjoy the flowers, but my was it worth it. They are breathtaking in my side yard , and those small twigs are almost 7 ft tall now, and they have spread about a 1.5 ft wide. I am thrilled that I purchased these lilacs!

This is my favorite lilac among five other different lilacs. It took 3 years to bloom, I forgot to prune back to half at plant time. I thought it would be twiggy and weak. Now it gets bigger every year. After 3 years growing under two big pine trees, it still reaches 6 feet tall. It smells so great, make me want to dig up all other lilacs and plant more of it from its suckers. Yes, you can multiply you lilac by digging up its suckers and transplant them in spring or fall. Don't forget to cut back the stick in the pot (that is usually what you received) to half when you plant them. Again. it's very fragrant. 4 stars because it took so long to bloom.

Was very small when it arrived but has grown quickly. It took 2 years to bloom but was so worth it! It is the most beautiful lilac I have ever seen and so fragrant. I have now had it 4 years and is approx 4.5 ft tall. Well worth it.

This is my absolute favorite flower! I cannot describe how beautiful and how fragrant this lilac is. I cut the flowers today (late June), put in a vase in the house and now my whole house smells absolutely wonderful!!!
