You'll feel like a kid in a candy shop with this floriferous Itoh peony. Lollipop blooms in semi-double to double, with six-inch lemon-yellow flowers each candy-striped in a pretty taffy purple-red. The streaking becomes more defined as the flower matures to a sunny apricot. This burst of color looks beautiful next to a bright yellow center and attractive, dark-green foliage. The plant habit is exceptional, too. Lollipop Itoh forms a nice, compact bush that stays attractive well into fall. Each spring, this plant will deliver an abundance of sweet flowers, on strong stems, that look good enough to eat. Paeonia itoh 'Lollipop'
