Developed by a breeding program in France, Mara Des Bois is a real breakthrough in everbearing strawberries. Small- to medium-sized fruits are plump and juicy with a high-gloss red color and deliciously rich flavor. Harvest these berries all summer long and into the first part of fall, thanks to its continually fruiting habit. You'll definitely have enough to enjoy fresh, made into jams or frozen for eating later in the year when fresh fruit is in short supply. Pinch off first flowers to allow later flowers to produce fruit. Fragaria 'Mara Des Bois' PP8517
