Mariesii Viburnum Hedge

The best shrubs are ornamental, useful and provide interest throughout the seasons. That's why Mariesii Viburnum Hedge is one of our favorite large, deciduous shrubs. Growing 10-12 ft. tall with a 12-15 ft. spread, it produces flat-topped clusters of showy white flowers in the spring. The flowers give way to red, berry-like drupes that turn black and provide a welcome food source for birds. Mariesii Viburnum's dark green foliage turns a burgundy-red and purple in the fall. Low maintenance and easy care, this shrub is ideal for shrub borders or hedges. Performs best when planted in full sun to partial shade. Zones 5-8.
