Mighty Chestnut Daylily

We have a lot of favorite daylilies, but this one really stood out in our trials as a top performer with a stellar habit. The flowers are big at about 5½" across, and the unique contrasting blend of colors across its petals simply can't be missed. It performs well, even in our heavy clay soil, and it's always good to have such a strong, dependable perennial to take the work out of planning your home garden. Daylilies are always quite dependable, as they withstand pollution, drought and poor soil well and deliver tons of pollinator-attracting blooms for the garden. Hemerocallis 'Mighty Chestnut'
