These sweetly-perfumed blooms are so beautifully unique. The little goblet shape and intricate pointed edges have all the charm of a delicate vintage egg cup. The color is really clear; a classic concord grape hue. The heart-shaped leaves are notable as well. Bred in New Zealand, Pacific Cup stuns with such a fresh new look for a clematis. It's pretty new to the market still, and in short supply, so we're proud to have this one in our offering. Also, as Pacific Cup is in the yellow pruning category, it's really not a difficult or time-intensive variety to maintain. Plus, you can leave it to develop seed heads, which will also put on a show. Clematis
Pacific Cup Clematis is in the YELLOW pruning category. It blooms best on old wood, but it can also bloom on new wood. Use caution when pruning to retain healthy stems from last season for best flowering. See our Stoplight Pruning Guide for more information.
