Despite its goofy name, this is actually a very sophisticated looking bloom. And this cultivar produces in droves—it flowers freely and reliably throughout the summer. The white petals are emphasized by a deep purple reverse, which it shows off around the curling edges. A nice fragrance surrounds these blooms, drawing attention just as well as the form does. The plant grows quickly without much trouble in a sunny southern border, producing big leaves and dark sleek stems.
