Product Description

Coming straight out of Louisiana State University, this delicious fig variety produces plenty of rich, sweet fruit that has an intense, complex flavor that can't be beat. This fig is known for its deep purple skin and strawberry-pink flesh. Highly ornamental tree grows 15-25' tall with an equal spread—looks amazing in the landscape, but can also be trained to a more manageable size in a container. Either way you grow it, you'll enjoy these wonderfully distinctive figs for weeks in late summer to early fall. Disease-resistant and very productive tree. Ficus 'Scott's Black'
