Product Description

Viburnum is a classic perennial border shrub. It's a reliable foliage backdrop, lasts for years and adds a pop of spring color with tons of blooms. Spice Island performs all the traditional viburnum duties for your perennial border, but spices things up with a couple key features. The mid to late spring blooms are incredibly fragrant, filling your garden with gorgeous notes of vanilla and spice. Butterflies and other beneficial pollinators adore the scent. In autumn, the leaves will turn brilliant burgundy and red. If you don't have trees with fall colors, this is a great way to set that fall scene in your landscape. This variety is also comparatively compact, bringing viburnum's reliability to smaller spaces. Viburnum carlesii 'JN Select A'
