These intense hues are even more evocative in person—Waris is one you won't be able to resist cutting and bringing in for outstanding floral bouquets. While the blooms are incredibly dark, the vibrant purple centers seem to light each bloom from within. The stems grow 3-4" tall, with around 10-12 flowers open at a time. They are stunning in the landscape as well either in a single-variety planting, adding depth to mix of different glads, or amid other summer blooms in a mixed sunny border.
