This citrus is among our favorite terrace plants because it's carefree, has an incredible fragrance and where necessary to lift, winters indoors happily in a sunny spot—no drama. Its navel oranges have the added benefit of being seedless, sweet, juicy and familiar to everyone. What a thrill to pluck your breakfast fruit from your patio tree; the kids will love it. The glossy evergreen foliage looks great year-round and you'll find that the flowers will fill your home with a delicious fragrance. We only sell navels in our larger one-gallon tree bands (4"x9") so that your plant gets off to a good start. Move the plant outdoors during the warmer seasons to let bees take care of the pollination for you. Though this is a relatively small tree—it is grafted on semi-dwarf rootstock – it reaches about 5-6' tall at maturity in a container, 15' planted in the ground and it offers loads of sweet, juicy fruit.
