Flowering Date:Early flowering. Reblooms late summer. (Mid spring, reblooms in late summer)
Planting Instructions:Set rhizome so bottom half is below ground level. Firm well and water thoroughly. Plant where they will get at least 5 hours of sun per day.
Winter Care:Mulch in colder climates and remove in early spring before growth starts.

Flower Form:Perfectly formed miniature Iris flower, about half the size of the tall bearded iris.
Foliage Type:1" wide, sword-like, grey green colored
Pruning:Remove spent flower stems after blooming. In late fall, cut back foliage to 6" fans. Clean plant debris before winter to prevent borers overwintering.
Soil Requirement:Well drained preferred. Quite tolerant of a wide range of soils.
