This delightfully bright, semi-evergreen daylily conjures up a whimsical bit of magic in the garden—no eye of newt or toe of frog needed. Witches Wink Daylily bursts into showy blooms in early to mid-summer, then follows up with a second round of flowers later in the season. Blooms of vibrant yellow are marked with plum-purple eyes and stand tall over green throats. Witches Wink is a tetraploid daylily—compared to traditional Hemerocallis, these plants often have larger, more intensely colored flowers with thicker petals.
