Travelers through Paris rave about the city's botanical gardens and the Parc de Bagatelle in particular. Created in 1775 in response to a wager between Queen Marie-Antoinette and her brother-in-law, the Count of Artois, the Parc features a magnificent rose garden that simply must be seen to be believed. Named in honor of this spectacular garden, our Bagatelle Arch could easily fit into the lush surroundings of the Parc. Featuring sturdy construction in a classic design, this lovely garden arch is strong enough to support even the woodiest vines. It's perfect for displaying climbing roses as well as clematis, wisteria and a host of other vining plants. 94"H x 46"W x 18"D

Two screws would not fasten at all, since the holes were stripped, so the arch will probably fall apart the next time we have a windy day. Other holes were found at wrong areas! Instructions were a joke!! I finally sat down and figured out what went where by myself. Although it's pretty in person, I would not recommend wasting your money on this imported piece of junk!

We needed a sturdy arch that looked good and would support our aging and drooping 12 foot flowering maple, (abutilon). After the last few years of windy storms, it has sadly lost many of the heavy but spindly main branches. The ones that are left have bent too close to the ground making it a challenge for the cautious hooded orioles and humming birds when they come to feed on the flowers. This arch is perfect for the lifting job and looks fantastic! Thank you Spring Hill for the offer code that made this purchase possible!
